Information Gathered and Tracked by Brecher Trading, LLC
Brecher Trading, LLC gathers two types of data about users: (a) personal information, which individual users provide (i) when registering as a subscriber of BrecherTrading.com, our free flagship site, and (ii) voluntarily at certain other points, such as contests or surveys; and (b) tracking information, which is automatically collected about all visitors to our sites by Google Analytics. All tracking data is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information.
Personal Information
Brecher Trading collects personal information in several places on our web site, which are set forth generally below. We will always provide HTTPS secured forms for data entry on BrecherTrading.com. We never sell, or give information to a third party other than those listed in this document.
- IP Address is used for security access logs and is used by, and anonymized by, Google Analytics for demographics purposes.
- Address is used strictly for billing. We will never send you any unwanted mail.
- First Name, Middle Name, Email Address, Company Name, and Last Name are used for identification purposes (eg. For customer support lookup)
- Phone number is optional and used only if you request us to contact you.
- Email Addresses are used to send updates about our site relating to your purchase, including and not limiting to account security, subscription status, and notifications for updated content. We will not send you marketing information without express consent. Email addresses may be collected via OptinMonster or directly from in the page, depending on entry location.
Subscription
Access to the Brecher Trading service requires that you to register to become a paid subscriber. In order to register, you will be required to supply us with your email and postal addresses, choose a unique User Name and password, and provide us with some additional information about yourself and your method of payment.
Tracking Information
Tracking data consists of both individual and aggregated tracking information gathered through Google Analytics. We use “cookies” only on BrecherTrading.com and subdomains for session persistence. “Cookies” may be used for activity tracking to help improve user experience. All analytics data is collected anonymously, unless otherwise stated by this document.
What is a “cookie”?

Confirmation of Subscription status
